He has supplied and fitted dishwashers and washing machines for me for many years
This time I made the mistake of getting a washer/dryer From ao as I needed an urgent replacement
I paid for this company to install this machine but when it arrived the two men refused to disconnect my old machine as they said they could not turn off the water supply. I turned it off myself but they still refused to touch it as they said it would flood my kitchen,even though I told them the water was off. This company left me in such a mess. The old machine was sitting in the middle of my kitchen still connected. The new machine was still boxed also in my kitchen. I was left helpless and the two genllemen who could barely speak English departed. I then phoned Janco and begged for Help. Russell was with me in half an hour and promtly fitted and tested my machine, thank you Janco for your great work. I cannot praise you enough and will never go to anyone else ever again.By Admin, October 18, 2019
